There was a smell and a lot of action outside the coaches offices in the tailgate area, so a few of us coaches went out to investigate. We found out that there is a cook off for the Agriculture Department. Students come out in teams and groups and have until 5pm today to cook and will be judged at the end of the day.

Clay Mazoch winning the plate hold competition.

Players running soo fast they're a blur.

The team showed up at 6am then split into their 3pm and 4pm workout groups. One group was out on the track getting a sprinting workout in while the other group was in the weight room getting a quick lift in followed by a plate hold competition. After the weight workout every player held onto a 45lb weight with their fingers and held on as long as they could. Clay Mazoch and Marcus Sanders won the competition in their groups.
